Problem with Student premium payment

Hi. Yesterday i had intended to sign up for a premium student subscription, and so i go to the payment section and i add the credit card data. After, i got a message on my phone from my bank to told me that the payment has succeed (4.99 euro). After, spotify remind me to the student page to prove i am a college student, but i remember that i haven't with me the document for prove it. So i close the page but Spotify not give me the money back and my account has not been upgraded to premium. I tried to contact spotify but they did not answer me. What i can do?

Please advise admin spotify

How can i advise the spotify admin?

I send an email through the contact form on the site but they did not answer me.

It’s very likely just a pending charge if you haven’t received a receipt from Spotify via Email 🙂


A pending charge is a part of your bank or credit card company’s authorization process. When you submit a payment, they place a temporary authorization on the funds.


If the transaction doesn’t successfully complete, no money will be taken and the charge will soon disappear. The time this takes can vary, depending on your bank/credit card company. For more information, contact your bank/credit card company.
