Problem with student's premium payment

I tried to go premium with the student's discount but unfortunately my payment cannot be completed. I am absolutely sure that my card is valid and working. After having credited 50 euros (the kind of credit card that you load money in it and use it for mainly internet transactions) to my card, why can I not purchase the student's deal, 3,50/month for 12 months?
