Problems while renewing student's discount

I use Spotify Premium with student's discount for almost one year and today I found a letter in my e-mail asking to renew the discount. I followed all the steps as required and the system showed that everything is fine, then I got a letter with the confirmation that I have been verified, just had to follow the link to finalize the activation process. The webpage showed that something went wrong and the due date is still the same as it was (10/10/18). What should I do (because it doesn't let me to verify that I'm a student via University's system again) or is everything OK with the discount?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community!

 

In this case, we'd suggest giving it a try seven days before the date your current student discount expires, on the 3rd of October. You'll just need to click one more time the link provided on the confirmation email you received recently. 

 

If you're still having troubles on that date, make sure to give it another try in an incognito or ptivate window in your broswer.
