Renewing Spotify Student

Hi All,

I have looked through several posts about the issue I'm encountering when trying to renew my spotify student.  When I reverify myself, I get the message "oops there was a problem try it again later".  I've seen that you should try incognito, a different browser, change payment method, clear cache, try mobile as well as desktop, try cellular instead of WiFi....and still I get the message.  Any other ideas?  I am also certain I have not gone over the 4 year limit because I am just starting my senior year.  Thanks!

I have been having the same issue! Hopefully something get's figured out soon.

I am having the exact same issue as well. I tried going on LTE for my phone as well as clearing my cache/cookies and going in an incognito tab. Nothing has worked so far. I wonder if it is an error with the website.

Tried again today and it worked!  I guess it was just some bugfix.

I am having this problem as well. I changed universities and had to update my some other personal info on spotify because there was a typo, not sure if that is the reason. I hope it's fixed soon.
