My Question or Issue

Hi,

I'm a Slovak student studying in Czech republic. I wanted to get the Spotify Student Premium, however even after being verified as a student I still can't get it. After trying to pay fot it with my card I get the message that my country and payment method don't match. Do I need to have a Czech credit card to be able to pay for it? 😞

Thanks for reaching out! 

If you've moved to the Czech Republic to study there, you've probably updated the country in your Spotify account to it as well. In this case, to subscribe to Premium Student, you'll need to use a Czech payment method so that processing the payment works.
