My Question or Issue

Hi, when I tried to verify my university email ID in SheerID verification it asked for document upload and I uploaded my files but got no response from SheerID, and when I tried redo the process I got another error saying "You have already redeemed the offer."

My friends got their verification immediately.

How do I proceed to get my student discount?

If you don't see an email from SheerID after a few days, please check your junk/spam folder for the message. They'll definitely get back to you once your document has been reviewed. 🙂
