Hello, I upgraded my free account to student now, they took 5€ out of my card but I still not have spotify premium. Does anybody knows why? Thx

Did you complete the student status verification after making the payment?

Please note that this is only a pre-authorization. If the verification is not successful, the transaction will be canceled and your money will be visible again on your bank account within a few days.
