Good Day!

 

I paid 65 pesos for the promo then I accidentally closed the app when I was answering the SheerID form. 

 

I subscribed again and lost my original payment. In other words, I paid twice. Is it possible to refund the first unsuccessful payment?

 

Thanks! I'm hoping for a response.
