Spotify premium

I bought a student premium but I had to give proof of which I do not have, and spotify take my money off, when i published information from the card.

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

When you didn't receive your Premium immediately, your payment must be showing as pending on your bank statement.

When you didn't finish your Student enrollment, the money will come back to your account after a few days 🙂
