My Question or Issue

Because of the several payment issue my student abo has terminated and already has turned into a spotify free. I want to reactivate the student abo for 6.99€/month, but verification process has reached the limitation(about ince a year), so I cant renew it. 
Can I resubscribe the student abo?

If you've already tried renewing your student discount here and you got an error message saying "Verification Limit Exceeded”, it's possible that you have more than one Spotify account and the Student Discount is already applied in a different account (you can try accessing the app with other email addresses that belong to you to see if that works).

If you still can't pay the Premium Student plan with any of your accounts, we suggest contacting our support team so they can help you locate that secondary account and you can know where that Student Discount was applied.
