Student Discount Does not work

Hi!

I am already using Spotify since two years. 

As I am a student I always used the discount. Now, suddelny it is the second time spotify chares 10 € from my account and I am loggend in as normal Premium User.

When I go to: Change -> get student discount-> There pops up a red sign, saying that it is not possible to get the student discount in my account.

I have no Idea why, as it worked all the other times...

Please help.
