Student Discount Failed

I renewed my Student Discount by uploading the same type of document I did last year (updated to be this years version obviously) but this year SheerID are rejecting it. Why did they accept it last year but not this year? The email they sent says it got rejected for one of these reasons:

• Document is not clearly scanned or completely readable.
• Document contains identification that does not match the information given on application.
• Document does not contain all required information (first and last name, college/university name).

But it's a very clear picture with the correct college/name on it
