Student Discount Italy

Hey, I have an account made with my Facebook account and I wanted to go Premium using the student's offer paying just 4.99 euros so I did all that and with verifying my student credential when I got the email that it's been verified I click on it and it gets me on my Spotify account but it says "your students credential are associated with another account" which is not true and meanwhile my money has already taken from my credit card, please help me with this.
