Student Discount Payment Issues

So I seem to have the opposite problem of everyone else because I was verified as a student by Sheer ID but no matter what card I enter in it keeps saying it can't charge the card even though I even entered in a card I used for premium previously how do I fix this issue?? I really want the student discount

In this case, can you try clearing your browser's cache/cookies and refreshing? Does that help at all? Also, could you check if your payment card meets these requirements?
