Student Discount Questions

So i just tried applying for the student discount, I uploaded the image and put in my bank details and everything. But i am not sure if it when through. Could a spotify representiatve tell me when the payment will go through and if everything was done correctly? Will the payment go through after I have been verified as a student? Also how do i know if everything was sent and filled properly? I did not recieve an email in either my account email or university email. Also if i do get verified which email will spotify notify me on?

Hey @randomusage101,

If you didn't get any email receipt, sometimes the amount gets 'on hold' even if the charge doesn't go through. Normally the amount gets back to your bank account a day or two later.

Emails are sent to your Spotify registered email.
