Student Discount not completing

I got my student ID verified and received the email saying 'complete purchase'. When I click on the link it takes me back to a page advertising Spotify Premium and not completing my purchase. My account still lists as $11.99 a month premium.

I also just realised I had 3x$1 transactions from Spotify on my bank account..

I have the same problem as Louise. I got the verification email too but after I click the "complete purchase" button it redirects to this page: https://www.spotify.com/hu/student/ (I'm from Hungary) and asks me to complete again the credit card fields. I don't know what to do.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
