Alo, I tried the student discount yesterday, they made a charge to my credit card, but the subscription upgrade does not appear, I read that if I am not able to have the discount, the money will get back in 48 hours but today I realized that another charge was made to my credit card, and I still dont got the upgrade. Please I need my upgrade or my money back to buy the normal subscription. Thanks.
