Student Discount

I have a problem completing my purchase of Spotify Student Discount promo. I complied to the requirements needed to avail the promo, however, there's a problem on the completion of my purchase. I received an email from SheerID Verification and it stated that I am "verified" and i have to go back to Spotify to complete my purchase. I clicked the complete the purchase button but it only redirected me to a page not found webpage. How will I fix this?
