Student Discount

Hello guys, I'm a student in uk and it s been a year already since I am using spotify, I renewed my premium and I have been charged £15 instead of £5. I am still a student and still want to get the discount does anybody know who should I speak with?

The student discount is only valid for 1 year at a time. Once ended, it will need to be re-verified so they can confirm your student status. 
There is a support section here that will guide you through re-registering. Once your eligibility is confirmed, you will see the rate discounted on your next bill.
