Student Plan Documents; SheerID

Hi,

I love Spotify but I hate that I ccannot speak to a human being when I have specific questions. Anyway, I signed up for he Student Plan and SheerID is currently processing my submitted documentations. What I am wondering is, the documents I submitted weren’t issued within the last 3 months, however, my program completion date is evident in the documents that I have submitted. Does that make a difference in qualifying or not qualifying for he student plan? Lastly, the documents that I have submitted, are they retained with Spotify confidentially? Or does Spotify discard the documents after? What happens to my documents after the review? Please advise.
