Student Plan Problems

So this has been a problem for quite some time - and this is the only place I have left to go to. 

 

My student plan plan is not working fully. I am able to listen to my Spotify but Hulu isn’t working. 

 

I’ve reached out to Hulu about this issue and they tell me it’s a Spotify issue.  So I then reach out to Spotify and they assure me there is nothing they can do so I need to speak to Hulu. I then send screenshots to Hulu of my Spotify Support chat....and they tell me they’re sorry but I have to speak with Spotify. 

 

Can anyone advise me on what to do?  I’ve ran out of ideas on how to fix it.

Are you getting any error messages when trying to use Hulu with your Spotify account? If so, a screenshot of it would be helpful.

 

We'd like to investigate a bit more. Take care 🙂

I'm currently a grad student at Cal Poly Pomona in CA. I can't get verified for some reason and would really like to get the $4.99/month Spotify & Hulu subscription. Can you please help?

Can you let us know what's happening when you're trying to subscribe, are you getting any error messages when this happens?

Hi Melody,

   I had Spotify Student linked to my Facebook account. Hulu worked fine, but I deleted my Facebook. I understand that I can’t return my account to the student membership for twelve months after disconnecting Facebook; is there a way to keep track of how much longer I have until I can do that?
