Student Premium Trouble

I bought student premium two or three days ago and everything was looking okey but my account is still free. I added mail which is incoming mail to me from spotify on attachments. When i clicked "COMPLETE PURCHASE", I was be faced of "page cannot be displayed" error.

How can i fix this problem?

Thanks for your help AND I tried on a computer but it didnt work and also you guys returned my money back. I am verified as a student but i really dont know whats going on 😕
