Student Premium changed to Individual

My Question or Issue

I did not receive a reminder or any warning that my student membership was about to expire. I was notified by my bank that my subscription changed, and I had to reverify my student status. Is there any way I can possibly get a partial refund so that I just pay for the student subscription for this month? I don’t think it’s very fair that I didn’t receive a warning that my subscription was changing.

I'd recommend checking your spam/junk folders for any renewal emails from Spotify as it is sent out in the month(s) leading up to the renewal date for your Premium Student verification. You can renew your student discount following these steps. 

I also understand you would like a partial refund. There's more information about this here as well as the next steps regarding any refunds.
