Hi, I would like to send my concern about this matter, I already paid for the subscription for the next three months using the student premium. On August 5th my account automatically paid for it, my question is why are you pausing my subscription or the student premium? Shouldn't it be in October or November? Because even though I cut the link of my digital wallet to Spotify, I already paid for it before I even cut it. Please be considerate and give the service that all of the customers require. I'll be waiting for the company's response to this matter, thank you.

Are you referring to the ₱75 for 3 months of Premium? If so, please keep in mind that this offer isn't available to users who have already tried Premium. 🙂

 

Lastly, your subscription was likely paused due to the fact that you "cut the link" to your digital wallet.
