My Question or Issue

I am just trying to get student offer but i cant , it always says you have already reedemed this offer , im studying at Ege University and i ve student verification pdf file.I attrached the error.

There are several possibilities:

1. You have another account on which the student discount has already been redeemed - can you think of any other email addresses you might have used to sign up to Spotify for?
2. You have already redeemed the student discount on this account, but if you already have a Premium subscription, the discounted rate will automatically begin on your next billing date. You can check when that will be by going here.
