Student Subscription Issue

Hello,

 

In the end of student subscription I wanted to renew it but I got problem it that.

The problem is, The SheerID system doesn't appear any college/university names at all, it's loads for second and disappearing. So by this I can't renew the student subscription.

We'd suggest you start off by opening an incognito window on your PC. That way you can make sure the cache is not leading to this issue. Then you click here and fill in the form.

 

If that doesn't do the trick, you can try with another network.
