Student Verification failure

Hi,

After the step of giving my payment information, I'm prompted to verify that I am an actual student. When I type in the information it tells me "Unfortunately, we couldn't confirm that you're a student. Please check your details and try again". The college I'm attending IS under the list of approved schools because it appears in the drop-down menu when I type in the school I go to. The email I use to sign-in is my school email which I have to used to verfiy my Spotify account. I have also re-logged into the account and tried again, but no avail as it still gives me the same error message.
