Student account changed into a family account without my consent

Student account changed into a family account without my consent

Hi there, 

 

I've just realized that for the past 3 months, my student discount is not anymore taken into account, even if it is still availaible until 11/07/2019. Moreover, my account is not anymore a premium one but a family one ! Which means that i'm currently paying 14.99€/month instead of 4.99€/month. And I didn't receive a mail asking for my consent or telling anything about that. It has just changed by itself.

 

I'm a French Student living in Canada (but it's not the problem as it was working very well before).

Hey there @BVSC !

 

Can you try reaching Spotify directly with one of the options described here. I hope they will be able to help you with this. Let me know how it goes 🙂
