Student account

I had a student account that came with Hulu, I did not renew it in time, but I have done so now, and my next bill says it will only be 4.99.  I however cannot log into Hulu until my next bill comes due, I contacted Hulu and they said to contact Spotify, but there is no way to talk to a single person.  I would like my Hulu back as soon as possible.
