Student discount Hulu error

I purchaced the student discount that cones with hulu. And hulu doesn’t work. It acts as if its not paid for. I already went to hulu the said that spotify has to fix it. The problem is that when i log in to hulu it doesn’t work unless its the app on my iphone. It doesn’t work anywhere else and i want to use it on my ps4. When i got customer service from hulu they said that on their end its still waiting for me to pick a plan. But on spotify, it says I’m already connected to Hulu. What should i do?

I have the same problem, very frustrating and starting to think it was false advertisement.
