Student Discount Problem

Merhaba. Ben spotify premium üyelik için kart bilgilerimi girdim ve öğrenci olduğumu doğrulattım ama hesabımdan para çekildiği halde premium üyelik alamadım ayrıca bana gelen onay mesajındaki butona tıklayınca hata veriyor bu konu hakkında bilgi alırsam çok sevinirim.

Are you able to see the status of the charges? If the payments show as pending, it means they didn't go through and the funds should get back to you soon. For now, you can try signing up for the discount again using an incognito window to see if it helps. 

We also suggest making sure your payment card meet these requirements. If you're unsure, you can reach out to your bank to double-check.
