Student discount Quebec

Hey there! 

I had a Spotify Premium account a couple months ago with the student discount and I decided to change my cellphone so I canceled the Premium thing in case the compagny I have my cellphone with offer it in the contract. Finally, I just changed my cellphone and sadly they didn't offer me anything about Spotify. So now when I try to have my Spotify Premium account with the student discount it doesn't work and it is written that I don't have access to this offer... what can I do???
