Student discount help!

I have premium account now but I wanna take student discount. The question what I ask is  can I delete my premium account first and then take student account or doing nothing and take student discount? ( by the way I took my premium account on the internet not a iTunes or company things)

All you need to do is sign up at https://spotify.com/student and the discounted rate will automatically begin on your next billing date.
