Student discount not applied

Hi,

I just found out that I've been charged £9.99 rather than the usual £4.99 because I did not remember to confirm my student status on 08/09/2017. Any chance I can get a refund of those £5?

Right now, you need to renew the discount every 12 months. If the discount expires, you're automatically charged the regular Spotify payment. You should've received an email notification regarding the expiration of the student discount.

If you never received this email and if you already renewed the discount, it'd be best to contact our Support team via Twitter or Facebook.
