Student discount problem

I used student discount for a month successfully. Now I tried to change the discount to my other user but it says that I already used it. I’m not trying to use it for two users at same time. What’s the problem?

Could you specify a bit more about what you mean? What do you mean with use?

Anyhow, as you have already stated, you aren't allowed to have 2 spotify student accounts. So if you want premium on the other account, you'll have to cancel it on the first account.

I have cancelled my other account premium and now I have no premium at all
because it says that I have already used my discount.

In this case I suggest you contact support so they can take a look at your account and help you with this, since you have no power to do this. If you get an automated reply email, you need to reply back to it.

I'm so frustrated with this!! Now i can't even get it payed because it says that my bank has a bad day and tells me to re-try. This has been going on for over a week now. My card is fine and working elsewhere and it has no internet payment limits. I have also tried other cards just in case BUT NO, it tells me the same thing.
