Student discount problems

Hello everyone

I applied for getting the student discount for spotify premium. I added my debit card information and then the asked to submit proof that I am a student after I have done that. I didn't get any mail you succesfully applied for the student discount or something like your applie is been handeld. Is that normal? When I go to spotify premium I can do it again is that normal?

That sounds odd. Have you tried getting in touch with SheerID so that they can take a look under the hood for your verification request? You can find out how to do that here.
