Student discount?!

Hi,
I bought a student discount premium account today. It charged me twice and still hasn't made my account premium. I've logged out and logged in quite a few times and I'm really worried because of being charged twice. I also haven't got an email and nothing is showing up in the reciepts and subscriptions options in my account options.
Please help a broke worried student out!

Hey @hippohtahtohmas and welcome to the community! 

A temporary charge goes through even if the student verification was successful or not. But it is only temporary charge on your credit card and they should disappear in a few days. 

The only charge that you actually have to pay for is if you were successfully verified for the student discount.
