To get the Student Discount, you'll need to head to http://spotify.com/student and get started there. Since you already have Premium, the discounted rate will be charged on your next billing date. If your University isn't listed, you're unfortunately unelligible for the discount right now, but you can fill out this form to request for your school to be added! If you're getting a message saying that your verification failed, please remember that it can take up to 28 days for your student credentials to be listed with the verification service. 

The Student Discount relies on verification of your student credentials, a process handled by SheerID. They have some more helpful information on that over here.
