Student discount

i pay my 2 usd for student discount premium.But i didnt get the premium i want to cancel it and buy normal premium...what should i do?

If you were charged, but the discount didn't go through, most likely the payments are pending. This means that the transaction didn't complete and your money will go back to your account soon.

To get the regular Premium you only need to resubscribe here.

If you're sure the student discount payment went through, we suggest contacting our Support team via Twitter or Facebook. They'll be able to take a look at your account backstage and let you know exactly what's going on.
