Student discount

I signed up for Spotify premium in May 2017 with my student discount but I am already being charged £10 a month when I have 4 months left on my subscription. I need a refund for last month where I was overcharged.

Please be aware that a refund is never guaranteed and all requests will get evalutaed on a case-by-case basis by the support.With that in mind, please fill out the contact form to create a ticket with support.
The support will do their best to get in touch with you as fast as possible, but please be aware that responses may take anywhere from 24-48 hours depending on the volume of tickets they are currently handling.
