Student discount

I have been using Spotify with the Student Discount 6/25/17 and it was .99 cents for a 3 month trial, but the rest of the months it was $9.99, but I put in my student information and the college I am attending. I was a junior when I started my membership, now I am a senior. I have been overcharged every month since I signed up. I was charged 4.99 for the month of february, which is what I should have been paying all along. I have no one to call or contact to get my money back from 9/25/17-1/25/18. I shouldn't have been paying $9.99, but $4.99. Help please!

If you got the 3-month promotion, you needed to update your student details once the trial ended.

Seems like you validated the discount not too long ago, so it finally started to count for your account. Remember that the student discount needs to be renewed every 12 months to keep it up and running.
