Student + headspace payment

I had Spotify Premium with student discount. Then I noticed that I could have headspace for free with the student discount. I added the headspace to my account but then the price of my subscription changed to the normal price because apparently I lost my student discount. I could add the student discount back to my account but the amount of normal price (Spotify Premium + headspace) was already taken from my bank account. Where I can get help with this wrong payment?
