Student membership loop

My Question or Issue

I got verified as a student but if i want to switch my membership(i have premium family now and i want student Membership) I get into a loop which sends me back to the spotify website. Which makes me unable to get the student membership

Can you try subscribing to Premium Student here using a different browser or private window? If you get any error messages, please send me a screenshot of what you’re seeing. Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.
