My Question or Issue

 I went to change my account to premium with a student plan and I entered my Debit Card. After that I was asked my Student ID in order to verify that I was a student  When I entered my details, I closed the application to take a picture of my ID and upload, but when I entered again the screen had changed and I had to do everything again from start. The problem is that my card was already charged and I haven't received any email from Spotify to apply my details for a student premium.

It’s very likely just a pending charge if you haven’t received a receipt from Spotify via Email 🙂

A pending charge is a part of your bank or credit card company’s authorization process. When you submit a payment, they place a temporary authorization on the funds.

If the transaction doesn’t successfully complete, no money will be taken and the charge will soon disappear. The time this takes can vary, depending on your bank/credit card company. For more information, contact your bank/credit card company.
