Student status not recognized

Hello,

I've been in class at FSCJ since September, and my student status is not being recognized by whatever system is checking. I can provide proof to a consultant. Meanwhile, my bank account has pending charges and my spotify account remains under free status.

No I’m not sure if it has to do with how many credits your enrolled in? I was only enrolled part-time when I signed up trying to use the student discount
