My Question or Issue

I am a registered student at Grand Canyon University and every time I try to apply for the student premium subscription it tells me they were unable to find me in the data base. I even tried manually doing it and it still didn’t work. Is there anyway I can get it fixed?

Thanks for posting on the Community about this.

 

We recommend giving it another try in a private/incognito window. This ensures you avoid issues with the cache of your browser. Another thing worth trying is a different kind of browser.  

 

If you see no change after trying this, send us a screenshot displaying how it looks on your end. Just attach the image to your next response to us by using the Insert Photos option in the post editor. This way we can take a closer look at the issue.

 

Tip: Make sure the screenshot doesn’t show any sensitive info such as payment or personal data.
