My Question or Issue

So basically I cannot pay for my student plan, despite I have much more than required 2.5 dollars, moreover for some unknown reason Spotify tries to charge me for Spotify Duo at least that's the on the page where you can add payment methods (screenshot s of both pages attached below) and even when I had regular Premium earlier same nonsense happened and Spotify was showing me that I have premium Duo. To summarise, Spotify warns me that this is the last days before payment, so I want to pay for my plan but I can't. What should I do to not lose my premium and student plan?

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting.

 

It's odd that the website is trying to change you to the Duo subscription.

 

Please try making your payment from this link, after accessing it click/tap on "Get Started" and follow the steps. 

 

If this doesn't work, try through this link. It will prompt you to register again your payment details, after doing it the payment will be taken.
