(Turkey) Student Premium activation problem

Hi there,

 

SheerID approved my Student ID and my bank account shows that I've paid , it is not pending. But I can't use premium. Log out and Log in back doesn't work.

None of them is working.

 

- I've tried log in/out several times

- I've checked my payment and called my bank. I attached bank receipt.

- I only have one account

- I am not using premium for family

- I've paid and subscribed directly from spotify

If you are still facing issues after doing the reccomended steps and you have had a payment reciept via email from  Spotify. confirming the charge. I would suggest you message Spotify so their accounts team can take a look backstage:
