Verification for Student Discount

I'm trying to get the student discount, and as of now - my verification has been rejected twice. How is it possible to send documents issued within the last 3 months? The only possible prove I have is my student card, which was issued on 2016, and 2018 is my last year - this of course, got rejected. 

So I sent a screenshot of an email sent by my lecturer, showing that it was sent recently and by a lecturer from my school, yet it got rejected as well.

I don't know what other things I can provide to prove I'm a student and I really need this premium ASAP because I'm going overseas soon.
