My Question or Issue
I've tried to renew my student account but it didn't work. I've contacted SheerID and for their everything works. Could you help me please?

As a first step, we'd recommend checking out this FAQ covering the most common scenarios when you have issues activating your student discount. If that doesn't help, please get back to us with a screenshot of the error message you're seeing.
Also, please note that the discount can be used for a maximum of 4 years, so if you've exceeded this limit, you're unfortunately no longer eligible.

If everything is OK on SheerID's end, the only other thing that could be preventing the activation of your student discount is reaching the 4-year limit of the Premium Student. If you've used the discount for 4 years, you won't be able to activate it any longer.
It's a good idea to check how many years you've been on Spotify Premium Student till now.
